I don't know how long this power outage is going to last, but there's no reason this place can't be safe in the meantime. Bucky and I are running regular patrols, and we're keeping an eye on things as best we can. If you need help, just call.

[Although obviously this plan isn't perfect, because] I did have a little run-in with Jerry earlier. [It's impossible to tell in the dark if he was hurt - although his healing would make it impossible to tell, either way - unless you can manage to spot the dried blood staining the shoulder of his uniform.] I've locked him in his room for now, but I don't know that he's going to stay there long. Or that he'll be very happy when he wakes up.

[Well, by locked he means destroyed the actual handle on the door with his bare hands so it'll at least take Jerry some effort to get out. So there's that.

But what he's really, really not happy about is - ] And I can't find Mindy. Haven't seen her, she's not answering my messages, and - I can't find her cabin door, either. [It's supposed to be right down the hall from his. But it's not there. He's counted twice, the number never changes.] Has anyone seen her?

[Steve's making regular rounds of the ship, most of the time with Bucky, but once or twice without. He doesn't have a light other than that from his network device, because he's got decent (but not perfect) low-light vision and he figured the doctors could use his flashlights more. He's in full uniform, shield out, and just generally patrolling, trying to make sure things are as normal and safe as he can make them. Feel free to run into him anywhere - inside, on deck, and anywhere in between. He'll stop by the infirmary every once in a while, too, just to check if they need an extra set of steady hands.]
