Of course, it may be little hard to tell, given that he's kind of covered in blood at the moment. But he's not obviously hurt, or acting obviously hurt, and the source of the blood might become clearer in just a second here:]
Someone attacked my inmate - Vex. I just found him in his cabin. I don't know who it was, and Vex isn't exactly in talking condition at the moment.
[And mouth wounds kind of bleed a lot.]
But someone's going to need to come clean about this. Otherwise I'll get it from Vex when he can talk again. And then you're gonna have a bigger problem.
