ACTIVE TIMES/PACE: Honestly it's a little all over the place. Sometimes I can tag during the workday, but more reliably I'm around in the evenings from about 8-11 P.M. Central time. I'm also usually around on weekends, though tagging can be sporadic as I often try to get away from my computer for at least part of the day! Again, evenings are probably best. I'm a medium-ish tagger; I will tag things more quickly when I'm super-excited about them, but I do aim for steady even when I'm slow.
BRACKETS/PROSE: I will roll with whatever my partner prefers, I don't mind either!
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: I can't think of anything specific for now. If it's something you're worried about, just ask, but I'm probably cool with it.

IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Steve's certainly comfortable with general touches to show kinship and affection: shoulder touches, pats on the back/arm, shoulder bumps, hugs, etc. He's a bit more awkward/inexperienced with anything more intimate, but he's open to it under the right circumstances!
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Absolutely! I welcome any and all attempts at violence, but I would like to figure out what’s going to go on so we can play it out realistically. (Or, you know, as "realistically" as the characters and setting allow.)
RELATIONSHIPS: Steve forms friendships easily, so that's no problem. He's much slower to form romantic connections, and it's likely to be something that sneaks up on him as a friendship first. But it can happen!
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Steve has no abilities of his own and is not immune to these types of powers, so go for it.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Same: No magical powers of his own, no real defense against them other than physical.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Steve has enhanced healing and his white blood cells can fight off virtually any type of biological or chemical attack — he doesn’t get sick, can’t get drunk or high, and is immune to the effects of most known terrestrial chemicals, drugs, poisons, and diseases. He can also handle pain and injuries that would incapacitate or kill a normal human, including blunt force trauma, electric tasing, falling several stories, and stabbing. Minor injuries like cuts and bruises will heal within minutes. More severe injuries like gunshot wounds and fractures will heal within the span of about 2-3 days. His body has the ability to sustain itself under extreme conditions (e.g., freezing cold). As a side effect, his metabolism burns at four times the rate of a normal human being, and he generally needs to eat about four times as much to keep up.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Steve’s generally a live and let live sort of guy, but that definitely hits a wall when your ideals encroach on someone else's. Things he will be unhappy about include abuse against any particular group of people, supporting Nazi ideals (or anything like them), and bullying. Things like enslavement and mind control are similarly touchy subjects for him. I’m totally cool with people bringing these up, but just be prepared for him to be unhappy about it.

OUT OF CHARACTER
BACKTAGGING: Absolutely! I will tag forever if we’re both still interested, but if it's something old that we might have lost momentum for or is mostly small talk, I might suggest handwaving or deciding OOCly how things turned out.
THREADHOPPING: Bring it on!
FOURTHWALLING: Steve’s already been the subject of movies and comics, so go right ahead and fourth wall him~ I’m also cool with him hearing about the future, too.
NOT INTERESTED IN: Nothing specific off the top of my head? I'll do my best to communicate if something isn't working for me or it turns out it's not something that interests me. I do sometimes have trouble with small talk/threads that don't seem to be going in a specific direction, but I also know that sometimes you need those to get bigger CR started, so I'm always willing to at least give them a go.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Steve Rogers is physically in his late 30s, with medium-short blonde hair and blue eyes. He stands at about 6'2" and weighs approximately 220 lbs (which is pretty much all muscle, there’s barely an ounce of extraneous fat on him). Off-duty, Steve tends to wear slacks or jeans and a t-shirt, jacket or hoodie, and sneakers or boots.
AURAL: Steve speaks with a hint of a Brooklyn accent, though it’s not overly strong (he mostly just sounds generically “American”). He’s overly genuine and often emphatic; he’s not really in the habit of lying except under extenuating circumstances (so just assume he’s pretty much telling the truth).
OLFACTORY: Steve smells generally clean, like generic soap, maybe with the tiniest tang of ozone. Sometimes he might smell a bit like paint, charcoal, or graphite.
DEMEANOR: Steve is very genuine in just about everything he does. He’s polite for the most part, though he can snark with the best of them. His sense of humor tends toward the deadpan, the morbid, or the self-derisive; he's a bit awkward when it comes to intimacy, but not overly shy about things such as revealing clothing or nudity (as long as it's someone's choice). Overall, he’s got a very strong moral compass and believes in an individual’s responsibility to stand up and make a difference. He similarly believes in taking responsibility for your actions, including your mistakes. He will stick to his guns even when it’s not the smartest thing to do and he generally doesn’t believe in running away from a problem. He hates bullies and will gladly put himself in the line of fire (physical or verbal) to stand up for the rights of others. Steve is also witty, observant, resourceful, brave, and loyal to a fault. If you earn his trust, you’ve got it for life. He believes in giving people a chance, but he also won’t keep taking excuses from someone when he knows they can do better. He generally leads by example rather than by words alone.
